A Story of East Meets West

Our story begins on top of a mountain in China where two tea-loving and history-loving men started a life-long friendship.  Today their friendship is even stronger, extending to the next generation, along with a few successful business ventures along the way

In January 2020, two friends met on a mountain in Central New York. This time a business meeting coupled with downhill skiing. It was on a chairlift that Elevate Collective Management began to develop. Josephine having the connections needed in China and Jessica in Central New York. They were given the task to find four specialty products from Syracuse to introduce at the Huai-an Food Show in April 2020. This show would be the catalysts for local and regional products being exported to high end specialty grocery stores in China.

Due to the quick timeline, these products had to be ready for distribution. This is not the case for our clientele. Elevate Collective Management will prepare companies for overseas distribution. They will focus on  Networking, Operational Management, Finance, Legal, Sales & Marketing consulting.   

The Principals of Elevate Collective Management have a combined 25 years’ experience working with international companies, government entities, and delegations. Their partners overseas have vast knowledge and experience of importing high quality American goods to China.

Josephine Yang-Patyi

Josephine Yang-Patyi is a passionate advocate for creditors and claimants, especially continuing care service providers, in different forums. Josephine has focused her practice in the areas of collection of accounts receivable and recovery of assets for continuing care and other health care providers throughout New York and Pennsylvania. Josephine represents foreign clients to explore investment opportunities in the US and abroad. Her approach to each matter is bottom-line oriented and wholistic; striving to attain the best business results for her clients.

Josephine regularly handles litigation in cases involving creditor's rights, commercial/business disputes, contract disputes, fraudulent conveyances, fraud, estate administration, employment discrimination, and mechanic’s liens, as well as post-judgment enforcement. Josephine has successfully conducted non-jury trials in bankruptcy courts, state courts and hearings before administrative agencies. Further, she regularly serve as a court-appointed referee in foreclosure and partition cases.

Josephine is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Results! Dental Collection Services, LLC d/b/a Results! Collection Services, a claims agent and collection service agency that currently serve creditors currently in ten different states. Josephine is also the President of ProAction Revenue Management, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in cash recovery and cash management for continuing care service providers, hospitals and physicians' groups.

Josephine has lectured and presented on recovery issues for the New York State Bar Association and before health care providers and long term care associations. She has represented clients throughout the United States and abroad. Josephine is currently litigating cases pending in Onondaga, Cortland, Oswego, Madison, Jefferson, Oneida, Cayuga, Otsego, Chenango, Herkimer, Lewis, St. Lawrence, Broome, Delaware, Tioga, Tompkins, Chemung, Montgomery, Ontario and Monroe Counties.

Josephine is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.


Jessica L. Sloma

Jessica began her career in advertising, working her way from Administrative Assistant to Account Manager to Partner at an Advertising Agency. Through Jessica’s journey in the world of advertising, she found her passion, not only in sales and marketing, but in entrepreneurship. In her early thirties, Jessica invested in her first business venture. Jessica went on to consult independently for small to mid-size companies by building meaningful and successful sales and marketing campaigns. Having the opportunity to launch her first start up business, Jessica started a charter transportation company in 2013. Jessica reached her goal of $1,000,000 in sales in the first year, then sold the company within three years.

Jessica went on to serve as Vice President of two resorts where she planned, directed and controlled sales and marketing, including all aspects of Greek Peak & Toggenburg Mountain Ski Area Management, Hope Lake Lodge and Conference Center, The Outdoor Adventure Center, Waterfalls Spa, Cascades Indoor Waterpark as well as multiple dining venues and resort events. Jessica and her team have a proven track record of increasing groups sales from $400,000 to $900,000 in 2014, to $3,000,000 in 2019; increased wedding business from 13 weddings in 2013 to 65 weddings in 2018. Jessica also directed all advertising and marketing initiatives resort wide, servicing as an in-house advertising agency.

Today, Jessica has returned to her entrepreneurial passion in assisting select clients in achieving their goals in the areas of brand reputation, executive management, sales and marketing – along with her tribe of the industry best – Indigo Solutions. Since opening Indigo Solutions in September 2019, Jessica launched a second ad agency called JKD Medical Marketing Group, focusing on the wellness industry.

Jessica resides with her husband Ken and their two sons in Syracuse, NY.  The absolute support she receives from her family, allows Jessica to continue to reach her goals and evolve both professionally and personally.
